WHAT’S OUR STORY
Rebecca Glover
FOUNDER & CEO
Our founder, Rebecca, brings both personal insight and professional expertise to supporting families navigating disability services. Raising four children, including her daughter Ruby, who lives with a rare, complex disorder, Rebecca intimately understands the challenges families face. Her dual perspective as both an NDIS recipient and former employee allows her to help families access the support they need with unique understanding and effectiveness.
A recognised voice in inclusive education and disability advocacy, Rebecca has shared her story at prominent events, including TEDx QUT and Channel Ten Shark Tank. Her work has been featured in major publications and earned her recognition as a Queensland State Finalist in the Telstra Business Women's Awards.
Rebecca’s mission is simple yet powerful: connecting families with the resources they need and ensuring no one faces the challenges of disability care alone. Her combination of lived experience and professional knowledge continues to transform how we support children with disabilities and their families.
