OUR

STORY

The Inclusion Network is more than just an organisation—it’s a community built on understanding, advocacy, and unwavering commitment. We are educators, caregivers, and advocates who believe that every child, regardless of their abilities, deserves equal opportunities, personalised support, and the confidence to explore the world around them.

Our journey began with the realisation that traditional early childhood services often fell short for families of children with disabilities. Parents and caregivers were left feeling isolated, confused, and overwhelmed by complex systems and limited resources. Determined to change this, we brought together a team of compassionate professionals who share a singular vision: to ensure that no family or educator has to navigate these challenges alone.

It all started when we witnessed, firsthand, the difficulties that families encountered as they sought the right care and guidance for their children. We saw gaps in understanding, heard countless pleas for clarity, and felt the urgency of improving the early childhood landscape. This calling compelled us to create a space where people could find empathy, well-informed strategies, and a sense of belonging.

We are founded by beautiful people who live and breathe inclusive childcare.

OUR WHY

We do this work because we know the difference it makes. We’ve seen parents exhale with relief when they finally receive clear guidance. We’ve watched educators grow in confidence after discovering better ways to engage and support children with diverse needs. We’ve celebrated as children who were once excluded from opportunities find their voices, make new friends, and reach meaningful milestones.

Our ‘why’ is simple: we believe every child deserves a fair start, every caregiver deserves to feel understood and empowered, and every educator deserves the tools to nurture a classroom where no one is left behind.

WHAT IT MEANS TO

OTHERS

To families, Our efforts mean comfort, hope, and renewed strength to face each new day.

To educators, it means having access to the knowledge and resources they need to create inclusive, supportive environments.

And to the children at the heart of it all, it means a world that sees their worth, celebrates their achievements and embraces their potential—no matter what challenges they may face.
