    Introducing the Family Fullness Workshop

    A space where parents, carers, and children come together to strengthen bonds, embrace mindfulness, and create meaningful memories.

    Let’s take flight towards stronger relationships and happier households!

    This workshop is designed to help you:

    - Communicate effectively and create an emotionally safe home.

    - Cultivate mindfulness for deeper emotional awareness and empathy.

    - Enjoy fun, reflective, and creative exercises to nurture connection.

    When: Saturday 3rd & 10th May 2025

    Where: Ruby & Ollie’s, Alexandra Hills

    Two x 2-hour sessions (device-free, distraction-free)

    Investment: $250 per child + parent/carer for 4 hours of connection and growth.

    Facilitated by Gini Heywood – mindfulness therapist, kids’ yoga teacher, and author.
